Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to physical products purchased from Spineflushingeu. Consultation fees and digital resources are addressed separately at the time of purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

Physical products in unused, original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components are not eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at help@spineflushingeu.world with your order details. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate mailing address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by Australian consumer law.

Digital Products

Downloadable guides and audio resources delivered electronically are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable consumer protection legislation.
